Job summary

Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Surgical Technologist I to assist surgeons, nurses, and other operating room staff in various procedures and to help ensure the safety and smooth operation of the OR.

The role requires 3–5 years of surgical technologist experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and BLS certification; CST/NBSTSA is preferred. This is an onsite position at 399 Revolution Drive, with close collaboration among the surgical team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operating room.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; BLS certification preferred.
• CST NBSTSA preferred; state licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room for procedures.
• Set up sterile supplies and equipment.
• Transport and position patients safely.
• Pass instruments and assist the surgical team.
• Maintain instrument counts and documentation.
