You will mentor associates, merchandise strategically, and uphold brand standards while coordinating with the corporate team. The role requires strong communication, operational discipline, and the ability to manage inventory, pricing, and store strict adherence to safety and loss prevention protocols.

Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Demonstrated initiative and self-starter attitude.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, and train associates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to increase the company’s overall market share.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales budgets and ensure exceptional shopping experiences per company guidelines.
• Strategically merchandise and apply merchandising practices.
• Maintain store presentation standards and brand consistency.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention and risk management procedures.
• Support leadership in delivering superior customer service and staff development.
• Cover store leadership roles (KCM/Manager on Duty) as needed.
• Analyze business reports (P&L, CPR, BAT, STPOA, STPRC) for performance insights.
• Maintain accurate inventory and POS data across receiving, stock and reporting.
