Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Design Studio Operations Manager to oversee store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, productivity and profitability while maintaining inventory control and adherence to company policies.

You will lead daily operations, coordinate with stores and distribution centers, and ensure brand and SOP compliance. This role requires flexibility with retail hours and a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, delegation, follow-up and analytical skills are essential.
• Ability to adapt to a highly complex business model.
• Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, training, sales generation, operations and merchandising.
• One year of operations experience.
• Must be detailed oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Review daily customer orders for completion.
• Perform cycle counts daily for replenishment of samples.
• Plan and control the budget/P&L management.
• Execute shipping and receiving per policy.
• Review weekly reporting to determine assortment changes.
• Manage customer orders and follow up across multiple locations.
