Job summary

You will partner with the General Manager to manage HR, budget adherence, and safety programs in a fast-paced retail environment. Qualifications

• 3–5 years retail management experience.
• Ability to read and review a profit and loss statement.
• Experience using POS systems and inventory management tools.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store operations to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Assist GM with HR issues, budgeting, and controllable expenses to drive profitability.
• Ensure brand and operating standards are met and store presentation is maintained.
• Manage scheduling, training, and performance coaching of associates.
• Maintain safety, OSHA logs, and loss prevention protocols in coordination with store team.
