Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

You will supervise, train and develop store associates, manage scheduling, and ensure safety and brand standards across the location. The role requires 3–5 years of retail management, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of retail management experience.
• Ability to operate in a high-volume, complex store.
• Self-starter with initiative.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire and train associates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead, train, and supervise store associates.
• Monitor scheduling coverage during peak periods.
• Analyze business reports (P&L, CPR, BAT, STPOA, STPRC) and act on insights.
• Ensure brand and operating standards meet expectations.
• Interface with corporate headquarters and manage loss prevention.
