Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Florida to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and ensure a safe, customer-focused shopping environment.

You will supervise associates, manage payroll and budgets, uphold brand and SOP standards, coordinate inventory and loss prevention, and partner with the General Manager to deliver exceptional service and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced store operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, and training store associates.
• Ability to analyze store performance and act on insights.

Responsibilities

• Read and review P&L statements to identify improvement areas.
• Oversee inventory integrity, cycle counts, and POS systems.
• Support HR, loss prevention, and payroll processes.
• Maintain cash handling, budgeting, and expense control.
• Ensure brand and SOP adherence, store presentation, and safety.
