You will oversee sales, inventory, HR-related matters, scheduling, and budget adherence to support company standards. The role requires 3–5 years of retail management, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail management experience and proven ability direct operations.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and review profit and loss statements to identify improvements.
• Use POS/inventory systems to maintain accurate inventory and cycle counts.
• Maintain inventory integrity and supervise cycle counts.
• Assist General Manager with HR and loss prevention issues.
• Supervise cash handling and communicate with finance.
• Coordinate facility management for safety and security.
• Assist in budgeting and controlling expenses to drive profitability.
• Ensure store and brand standards are met and maintained.
• Support customer service by creating a friendly, knowledgeable environment.
• Help with scheduling to cover peak periods and customer pickup flow.
• Interface with corporate teams and prepare reports.
