Job summary

Casey’s General Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales, and uphold Casey’s CARES values in a community-focused environment.

You will recruit, train, and mentor Team Members, manage labor budgets and schedules, oversee kitchen operations, and ensure guest service, safety, and store cleanliness.

Starting pay ranges from $50,000 to $59,800, with quarterly and annual bonuses based on store and company performance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives and drive sales while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean; build relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members in the Casey's Way.
• Model Casey's CARES values in daily leadership.
• Manage labor budgets and scheduling for regular and peak periods.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, audits, inventories, and merchandise orders; protect assets.
• Partner with the District Manager to develop Store Action Plans in response to KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and complete required certifications such as ServSafe food protection where applicable.
