Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong guest and community relationships.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise team members; coach and mentor to grow the team.
• Model Casey's CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours, events, and high-traffic times; keep scheduling up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, inventories, checks, audits, and merchandise orders; protect company assets.
