You will hire, train, and coach Team Members in the Casey’s Way, while maintaining safety, accuracy, and strong guest relationships in the community. This role offers a starting pay range of $51,300–$61,400, with quarterly and annual bonuses based on store and company performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.

• Lead with Casey’s CARES values and manage labor budget and staffing.
• Oversee kitchen operations, inventories, audits, and asset protection.
