Job summary

Casey's General Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and deliver guest-focused service in a vibrant, community store environment.

You will drive sales, ensure clean, stocked conditions, and coach teammates in Casey's values to foster a positive store culture. Responsibilities include controlling labor, managing inventory, completing daily tasks and audits, and partnering with the district leadership to develop action plans based on KPIs and P&L.

Qualifications

• Transferrable experience in leadership roles.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and lead a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and drive performance to achieve goals.
• Ownership mindset and accountability in store leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, move and lift up to 50 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales and maintain quality and service standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, and supervise new team members and mentor staff.
• Model Casey's CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; ensure scheduling is up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and merchandise orders; protect assets.
