Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Casey’s store, supervise a team, and ensure excellent guest service, merchandising, and operations. You will coach staff, manage labor and inventory, and uphold Casey’s CARES values to drive community impact.

The role includes overseeing kitchen operations, daily bookwork, and safety/compliance training. Starting pay ranges and bonuses reflect performance and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives and drive sales while maintaining quality and service.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members, coaching them to succeed.
• Model Casey’s CARES values in daily interaction and leadership.
• Manage labor budgets and staffing for regular hours and events; maintain schedules.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and merchandise orders; protect assets.
• Collaborate with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and ensure team completion of required trainings.
