Job summary

AGUA CALIENTE CASINO RANCHO MIRAGE seeks a dedicated Special Events Support professional to assist in creating and executing promotions and events at the Rancho Mirage property. You will MC events in large group settings, help maintain the events calendar, and coordinate paperwork with multiple departments to drive revenue objectives.

You will collaborate with Casino Marketing, ensure compliance with approvals, and provide exceptional guest service while working nights, weekends, and holidays as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year Event Management and/or Promotional experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining promotions and events calendar for revenue objectives.
• MC promotions/events in large group settings.
• Coordinate all paperwork for events including winners logs and releases.
• Monitor and ensure promotions/events comply with approvals and submissions.
• Provide guest service and support to management and departments.
• Work with EVS, Engineering, IT, F&B and other departments to execute events.
