Responsibilities

• Event Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand event needs and develop detailed plans.
• On-Site Event Management: Oversee execution and coordinate with catering, AV, and service providers.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular updates before, during, and after events and address changes promptly.
• Post-event evaluations: Gather feedback to assess success and opportunities for improvement.
• Sales and Marketing: Promote spaces to drive bookings and assist in promotional materials.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work with sales, catering, and operations teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Train and mentor staff involved in event execution.
