Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos is seeking a Special Events Shift Manager to supervise promotions and events. You will help create and maintain the events calendar, plan and budget projects, and lead Special Events Coordinators to ensure high‑quality casino promotions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing, events and/or casino promotion experience preferred.
• Experience creating, planning and executing events and promotions in the casino industry or a related industry.
• Strong organizational, systematic abilities, and communication, presentation and time management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure while maintaining guest service excellence.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining the special events calendar to meet revenue objectives and ensure timely promotions and events.
• Plan, budget and oversee assigned projects and events.
• Supervise Special Events Coordinators with approval from the Special Events Manager.
• Develop event materials including proformas, postformas, checklists, and communications.
• Ensure events follow approved marketing gaming submissions and manage related vendor relations.
• Coordinate with departments (EVS, IT, F&B, Slots, Tables) for successful event execution.
• Track invoices, costs and resources; maintain inventory of promotional items.
• Represent the team in off-property events and promotions.
• Provide daily paperwork, scheduling, and general departmental duties as needed.
