Responsibilities

• Plan and direct food preparation in the kitchen.
• Supervise kitchen staff and assist Executive Chef.
• Ensure proper food temperatures and safe storage.
• Manage inventory and supplies; order as needed.
• Maintain sanitation and health code compliance.
• Lead and train kitchen staff; ensure quality plating.
