Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare foods following recipes and standards.
• Supervise and train hourly food service associates.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and portion control throughout service.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and organize workstation before/after shifts.
• Interact with customers to address questions or complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory, deliveries and waste to minimize cost.
• Assist in daily menu understanding and communication to staff.
