You may supervise hourly staff and collaborate with the Executive Chef on ordering and recipes, driving quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience required for culinary roles.
• Progressive kitchen management experience is preferred.
• Experience in high volume, complex foodservice operations highly desirable.
• Experience with institutional and batch cooking helpful.
• Knowledge of food trends, cost controls, sanitation, and presentation.
• Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef in managing cost controls and budget for the account.
• Help plan and create menus and supervise daily operations.
• Produce and execute catering events and support new culinary programs.
