Job summary

Crown Automotive Group in Pinellas Park, Florida, invites you to join as a Full-Time Service Reservations Coordinator. You will coordinate service appointments at Crown’s dealerships in Florida, Ohio, and Tennessee, handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule, confirm, or reschedule.

You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking vehicle servicing, ensuring a courteous, professional experience and timely communication.

Qualifications

• One-year customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Appointment scheduling experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle high inbound call volume.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Flexible scheduling if needed.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Experience in a call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company and department policies.
• Be at work on time and ready to work.
• Handle calls in a professional manner.
• Schedule appointments for customers as needed.
• Daily, call customers to confirm service appointments.
• Notify various departments regarding customer wants/needs.
• Schedule appointments when special order parts arrive.
• Make outbound calls to customers who have not had their service done, timely to schedule a service appointment.
• Make outbound calls to customers who declined recommended services to bring them back to the dealership by scheduling a service appointment.
• Refer positive and negative feedback to appropriate channels.
• Keep work areas clean and neat.
• Performs other duties as assigned based on company’s needs.
