Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience as an automotive service advisor.
• Basic knowledge of automotive repairs.
• Proficient with computer systems and software.
• Have a valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Meet predetermined service sales objectives.
• Meet predetermined customer satisfaction score objectives (CSI).
• Schedule service appointments and obtain vehicle data.
• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Write up/enter vehicle problems clearly on repair orders.
• May test drive vehicles and explain completed work to customers.
• Provide accurate written estimates for labor and parts.
• Maintain quality control processes and product knowledge.
