Job summary

Crown Automotive Group is seeking a Full-Time Service Reservations Coordinator to join our team in Florida, Ohio, and Tennessee from a Pinellas Park office. You will answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and schedule, confirm, or reschedule vehicle service appointments in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
• Be at work on time and ready to work.
• Handle all calls in a professional manner.
• Schedule appointments for customers as needed.
• Daily, call customers to confirm service appointments.
• Notify various departments regarding customer wants/needs.
• Schedule appointments when special order parts arrive.
• Make outbound calls to customers who have not had their service done, timely to schedule a service appointment.
• Make outbound calls to customers who declined recommended services to bring them back to the dealership by scheduling a service appointment.
• Make other miscellaneous calls to customers to bring them back to the dealership by scheduling service appointments.
• Refer positive and negative feedback to appropriate channels.
• Keep work areas clean and neat.
