HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a friendly restaurant server to provide exceptional guest service in our dining venue. You will greet guests, explain specials, and input orders into the POS system, then deliver meals and beverages with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance at all times.
• Pitch-in and be a team player.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and guest etiquette.
• Ability to remember and promote menu items.
• Ability to lift and transport trays up to 30 lbs.
• Operate beverage and toast equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Record order details and repeat to guest for accuracy.
• Enter orders into POS and relay to kitchen.
• Deliver orders to guests with appropriate condiments.
• Replenish beverages and monitor guest satisfaction.
