Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 1 year of experience in lead generation or a blend of sales experience and business coursework.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and web conferencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Generates appointments for sales representatives through daily outbound targeted telephone sales.
• Builds rapport with prospects by nurturing and conducting engaging conversations.
• Partners with selling representatives to strategically target accounts and identify opportunities.
• Articulates competitive advantages and value propositions of Paychex suite.
• Manage opportunities and keep CRM data updated to nurture the pipeline.
