You will process customer orders, enter purchase orders, support the outside sales team, and coordinate with the warehouse to track shipments. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years in a customer service role with strong listening and communication skills.
• Experience multitasking and time management to ensure timely, accurate work.
• Ability and desire to learn detailed information about processes, products, and resources.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Proficient with MS Office; NetSuite or similar CRM is a bonus.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen; reside within a 30-minute commute.

Responsibilities

• Process and review customer orders for accuracy.
• Enter purchase orders and assist with order management.
• Support outside sales with quotes, contracts, and customer requests.
• Coordinate with warehouse to track orders and shipping information.
• Manage customer pricing and contract orders.
• Monitor customer portals, open orders, and backorders.
• Assist customers by phone and email.
• Provide NetSuite/CRM support to sales reps.
• Liaise between Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and other departments.
• Help ensure outstanding service, primarily via phone.
