• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a proactive, independent approach.
• Minimum 2-3 years in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in a Fortune 50 environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
