Responsibilities

• Process customer requests for quotes.
• Support the outside sales team with pricing requests and formal quotes for parts, equipment, and services.
• Process sales orders for parts and equipment orders.
• Generate purchase orders to suppliers for parts and equipment needed to fulfill open sales orders.
• Collaborate with inside sales team members to ensure timely processing of customer orders.
• Follow up on submitted quotes and communicate lead times and delivery status to customers.
