Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Sales & Leasing Agent to lease and sell homes in our community. You will engage prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure move-ins go smoothly.

You’ll build relationships with residents and local organizations, advertise through multiple channels, and support events. A strong communicator who thrives in a team can excel in this role; evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales and leasing operations including tours and closings.
• Advertise and generate leads via phone, email, social media, flyers, etc.
• Coordinate with internal departments and applicants.
• Monitor homes for move-in readiness with management.
• Hold open houses and sales events as needed.
• Organize resident events to promote YES culture and relationships.
• Attend company meetings, trainings, and conferences.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
