Job summary

YES Communities, Inc. is seeking a Sales & Leasing Agent to drive the sale and leasing of homes within our community. You will conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate communications between residents and YES teams to deliver top-tier service.

You will engage prospective residents through multiple channels, build relationships, and support advertising efforts while meeting sales targets. A valid state license and flexibility for evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Prior customer service/sales experience strongly preferred.
• Must obtain state-specific sales licensing within 90 days of employment where applicable.
• Valid in-state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales and leasing operations, including prospect tracking and tours.
• Advertise through calls, email, social media, and flyers to generate leads.
• Liaise between residents, YES teams, and external parties.
• Coordinate move-in readiness with management.
• Host open houses or sales events as needed.
• Organize resident events to promote YES culture and relationships.
• Attend company meetings, trainings, and conferences.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
