Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Sales & Leasing Agent to sell and lease manufactured homes within the community. You will work with a high-performing team and strive to provide the highest quality service to current and prospective residents and buyers.

You will coordinate prospect tracking, tours, applications, and third-party communications while collaborating with management to ensure move-in readiness and successful events.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry specific software products.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Excels in a collaborative/team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating sales and leasing operations such as prospect tracking, appointment scheduling, conducting tours, application assistance, third-party communications, and closings.
• Advertise and generate leads through multiple avenues (phone calls, e-mail, social media, and physical delivery of flyers/promotions to residents, etc.)
• Act as a liaison between internal departments, external entities and the applicant
• Collaborate with management team to monitor homes for move-in readiness
• Hold open houses/sales events as needed
• Organize resident events to promote YES culture and maintain relationships
• Attend all company meetings, trainings, and conferences as requested.
• Additional duties assigned by management and are subject to change.
