YES! Communities is seeking a Sales & Leasing Agent to drive the sale and leasing of homes within our communities. You will engage prospects, conduct tours, assist with applications, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth move-in experience.

You will build relationships with residents and neighbors, while leveraging marketing skills across online and offline channels. A strong customer-service mindset and flexibility for some evenings/weekends are key.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate sales and leasing operations: tracking prospects, scheduling tours, assisting with applications, coordinating with third parties, and closing deals.
• Advertise and generate leads via phone, email, social media, and flyers.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams, applicants, and external entities.
• Collaborate with management to ensure move-in readiness of homes.
• Host open houses and sales events as needed.
• Organize resident events to promote YES culture and build relationships.
• Attend company meetings, trainings, and conferences as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
