Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Sales & Leasing Agent to promote and lease homes within our communities. You will conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate with residents and departments to deliver outstanding service.

This role requires strong communication, sales aptitude, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. A valid in-state driver\'s license and high school diploma are preferred, with licensing within 90 days where applicable.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry specific software products.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales and leasing operations: prospect tracking, tours, applications, and closings.
• Advertise and generate leads through multiple channels (phone, email, social media, flyers).
• Coordinate with internal departments and applicants during the process.
• Monitor move-in readiness and collaborate with management.
• Hold open houses and events as needed.
