Job summary

Conway Services Heating & Cooling is hiring for a Sales Lead Coordinator to support our in-home sales team. You'll follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads, schedule appointments, coordinate with field reps, and help drive revenue through outbound calls.

This in-office role is fast-paced and phone-heavy, with a focus on teamwork and meeting performance goals. 2+ years in customer service or inside sales are preferred; background check and drug screening required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound).
• Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred.
• Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency.
• Ability to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role).
• Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for our in-home sales team.
