Job summary

Conway Services Heating & Cooling, the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience, is seeking a Sales Lead Coordinator to join our in-home sales team on-site. You will follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads, schedule appointments, coordinate with field reps, and help drive revenue through outbound communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound).
• Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred.
• Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency.
• Ability to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role).
• Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
