Responsibilities

• Be the main liaison for all sales department leads; set and confirm appointments, coordinate meetings, and follow up on leads.
• Track leads and sales activity; assist with overall sales department tasks.
• Collaborate with the service department to capture replacement sales leads and book non-demand service appointments as part of the CSR team.
