Job summary

Conway Services Heating & Cooling in the United States is hiring a Sales Lead Coordinator to back in-home sales teams. You will follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads, schedule appointments, and coordinate with field reps to drive revenue through outbound calls.

This in-office role requires strong multi-line phone skills, 2+ years of customer service, and the ability to work weekends as needed. Competitive pay and benefits included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound).
• Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred.
• Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency.
• Must work in-office daily (not remote).
• Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends.
