Job summary

Conway Services Heating & Cooling in Conway, AR is hiring a Sales Lead Coordinator for full-time, in-office work. You will follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads, schedule appointments, and coordinate with field sales reps to support our in-home sales team.

Responsibilities

Responsibilties of a Sales Lead Coordinator:

Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for our in-home sales team. You’ll schedule appointments, coordinate with field sales reps, follow up on quotes, and help drive revenue through effective outbound communication. This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and essential to team success.
