Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. You will identify and nurture new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads and engage customers by phone and email to understand their needs.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in business, strong communication skills, and enjoy a fast-paced sales environment. This role offers structured career progression and comprehensive training across our global Enterprise CRM offerings.

Formación

• Bachelor’s (or Masters) degree required.
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
• 1–2 years business experience (software sales a plus).
• Team player in a high energy sales environment.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads.
• Achieving monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
• Engaging with customers via telephone and email to analyse their needs.
• Profiling the account and overcoming objections to generate quality opportunities for the Account Executives.
• Collaborating with Marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion.
• First point of contact with customers, conduct business in a professional manner.
• Become a trusted resource for internal and external contacts.
• Multi-channel follow-up to uncover new deals and nurture opportunities.
• Maintain active communication with leads by sending targeted materials monthly.
