Qualifications

• Ability to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety as the Number One Priority of all OMG employees.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to achieve sales goals using relationship selling.
• Develop and deploy annual territory plan and track performance by product and customer.
• Suggest adjustments to sales plan to meet targets.
• Maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, and consultants; support training and product programs.
• Travel extensively within the territory and manage field operations to hit targets.
