Job summary

OMG Roofing Products is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive growth in the roofing products segment within a designated territory. You will promote the productivity and safety standards of our fasteners and related systems to commercial roofing contractors.

In this role, you will build lasting relationships, demonstrate products, manage a busy travel schedule, and work toward exceeding sales targets while coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degrees preferred.
• Experience selling construction products or remote field sales is a plus.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory, including overnight travel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety as the priority in all activities.
• Build relationships with customers, prospects, and key project roles.
• Identify customer needs and promote tailored solutions.
• Achieve or exceed sales and promotional targets.
• Maintain territory records and generate monthly reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Distribution teams on logistics.
• Perform scheduled job site visits, including starts, tests, measurements.
• Travel within territory, including overnight stays.
