Mercy South Float Pool is hiring a Registered Nurse to join a dynamic team across multiple units in Missouri. You will provide expert bedside care, adapt to various clinical environments, and collaborate with diverse departments to support patient needs.

The role requires 1–2 years of RN experience, MO RN license, and BLS. A BSN is preferred. Sign-on bonuses and unit-based differentials enhance overall compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• BLS certification from AHA.
• Physical requirements: lift 50 pounds, stand/walk long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Float to multiple units (Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, ED, Behavioral Health, Oncology, Neurology, and more).
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with care teams across departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality; adhere to Mercy Service Standards.
