Job summary

Mercy South Float Pool is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to provide versatile bedside care across Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and more. This full-time role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus, flexible options for payout, and competitive tiered differentials to reflect unit needs and shifts.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of RN bedside experience, a nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred), an active RN license in Missouri, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience required
• BSN preferred
• Current RN license in the state required
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across multiple units within Mercy South Float Pool
• Coordinate care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
• Demonstrate professional accountability in nursing practice and adhere to Mercy Service Standards

Education

Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)

Current RN license in the state

BLS through the American Heart Association
