Mercy South Float Pool is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to provide care across multiple units in the St. Louis, Missouri area.

This full-time role offers growth, variety, and continuous learning, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus and options for upfront or staged payment tied to a 2-year commitment. Caregivers float among Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Emergency Department, and more, with tiered differentials and additional shift differentials to reflect unit and time.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in the state.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Physical ability to perform duties (lifting, standing, bending).

Responsabilités

• Float across Mercy South units including Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and more.
• Coordinate patient care with multiple departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Provide high quality care within Mercy Nursing Practice Model.
