Job summary

Mercy South Float Pool RN role offers variety across Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, Emergency Department, and more. You’ll float to different units, delivering patient care with compassion and professionalism, while advancing your skills and clinical versatility.

The position requires 1–2 years bedside RN experience, a nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred), and current Missouri RN license with BLS.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across Mercy South Float Pool units.
• Collaborate with unit teams to coordinate care.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality; adhere to nursing standards.
• Be prepared to float to Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, ED, and more.
