Mercy South Float Pool in Missouri seeks a dynamic Registered Nurse to provide patient care across multiple units. You will contribute to a flexible, learning-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and skill diversification.

The role offers a Full-Time sign-on bonus of $20,000 with multiple payout options. Experience in varied units and a current RN license are required or preferred, with BLS certification essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in the state.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Physical ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care across multiple units.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Follow Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and established guidelines.
