Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in the state.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Push/pull and lift 50 pounds; prolonged standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across multiple units as part of Mercy South Float Pool.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Functions within Mercy's mission, values and service standards.
• Support ongoing learning and professional development.
