Mercy South Float Pool is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to provide patient care across multiple units. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support diverse patient needs, and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• License: Current RN license in the state.
• Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across multiple units as part of Mercy South Float Pool.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Act within the nursing process and Mercy Service Standards while providing high-quality care.
• Float to units such as Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and Emergency Department.
