Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Part-Time Stocker to keep our stores organized and stocked. You will unload deliveries, move products to the sales floor, and assist customers with carries-outs and displays. A positive attitude and good communication help you succeed in our fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Open availability is preferred; occasional weekend/holiday work may be required. The role emphasizes teamwork, tool knowledge, and a willingness to learn the Norther Tool brand

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience admired, but not required.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed.
• A love of tools & equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 Lbs.
• Service focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sorting merchandise from pallets to carts for stocking; place product on store shelves or backstock areas.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
• Working backstock bins and moving top stock down.
• Assisting customers with carry-outs to their vehicles and assembling products for customers or display.
