Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is hiring a part-time stocker to keep our stores organized and shelves full. You will unload deliveries and move products to the sales floor while assisting customers and assembling items for displays as needed.

Responsibilities include endcap and modular resets, stocking backstock areas, and helping customers with carry-outs. We value a positive, customer-focused attitude and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, cashier, stocking or customer service is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sort merchandise from pallets to carts and place products in proper locations in-store or backstock areas.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store-front facing.
• Work backstock bins and top stock.
• Assist customers with carry-outs and assemble products for customers or displays.
