Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Part-Time Stocker to help keep our stores organized and stocked for customers. You will unload deliveries, move products to the sales floor, and assist customers with carry-outs and product assembly for displays.

Ideal candidates appreciate tools and equipment, possess strong communication skills, and can lift 70 lbs. Some weekend/holiday availability is required to support store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, stocking, cashiering or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs and withstand a physically active shift.
• Flexible availability with weekends/holidays as needed.
• Clear communication and a service-focused mindset.
• Enjoy working with tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sort merchandise from pallets to carts and place items in the correct locations in-store or backstock.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing tasks.
• Manage backstock bins and restock top stock as needed.
• Assist customers with carry-outs to vehicles and assemble products for customers or displays.
