Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Part-Time Stocker to keep our stores organized, unload deliveries, stock shelves, and assist customers on the sales floor. You’ll help with displays, endcap resets, and front-facing layouts to ensure a great shopping experience.

The role requires open availability for afternoons and weekends, with the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Prior retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required; a service-focused mindset and strong communication are

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience admired, but not required.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed.
• A love of tools & equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 Lbs.
• Service focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sorting merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking and putting the product in the proper places in the store or backstock areas.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
• Working backstock bins and working top stock down.
• Assisting customers with carry-outs to their vehicles and assembling products for customers or display.
